Apsara is a class of celestial, feminine beings in Hindu and Buddhist cultures, originally water and cloud spirits, also known as celestial nymphs, angels, or fairies. There are thousands of Apsaras carved in Cambodia's Angkor Wat, which inspired the classical Khmer dance Robam Tep Apsara. I was named after this dance. But please don't ask me to perform it!
I'm a designer and illustrator based in Vancouver, BC. I am a graduate of the Design Formation program at Langara College (class of 2023). I'm currently a student at Capilano University's IDEA School of Design, where I'm working towards a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication. I've also been playing with HTML/CSS and web design since the mid-2000s, particularly in fandom spaces, and have a fond nostalgia for the web aesthetics of that era.
Things I like: the Raspberry Cream Crumble pie from The Pie Hole, Studio Ghibli's Castle in the Sky, cream puffs, squirrels, bunnies, cats, spicy tuna rolls, and sleeping in.
